About Telegraph Hill Villas

Telegraph Hill is a stunning 17 acre property on Te Mata Hill owned by Rose and Jeremy Gresson, only five minutes from Havelock North but in the country. The Villas offer the best of both worlds, privacy and proximity to cafes, resturants, bars and shops.  

Villa One was built in September 1998, and Villa Two was opened in January 2006. Both were designed by award-winning Timaru architect, David McBride. David has skillfully designed the villas to take full advantage of the breathtaking views from Mahia Peninsula to Central Hawkes Bay. The interiors are stylish and comfortable with original artwork.

For more than twelve years Jeremy and Rose have enjoyed the company of people from all over the world for short and long stays. Many people have become regular visitors to this beautiful property.
