Telegraph Hill Villa One is a quality retreat of style, charm and elegance. Here you can be pampered in a luxuriously appointed guest house containing sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and large queen bedroom with ensuite and dressing room.

Beside the villa is a floodlit Astroturf tennis court which guests are welcome to use day and night (where many couples have been seen to battle away for hours) and beside the tennis court is an olive grove of 100 trees, separating the villa from the main house.
